How long will my order take to arrive?
1-5 business days  depending on proximity to California. For example, an order placed in San Francisco will ship in 1-2 business days, and an order in New York will ship in 4-5.

We typically take 1 day to process and ship an order, and USPS usually takes 1-4 business days to deliver within the United States. For international orders, shipping takes about 5-20 business days.

We're a small team but we bust our butt to make sure you get your orders ASAP.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes. International orders ship via USPS International First Class and take 5-20 business days. Please note, any duties or fees related to your country are not covered by Culk and shall be paid by the recipient if applicable.

What is your return policy?
If you end up wanting to return or exchange your Culk purchase, we are 100% happy to accommodate that!

We only have three rules for returns and exchanges:
  1. The return or exchange must be placed within 30 days of the original purchase.
  2. The product has to be unworn and unwashed.
  3. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
