Shipping

When will I get my order?

Estimated delivery dates are displayed when selecting a shipping option during check out. After an order is shipped, tracking information is automatically sent to the email address provided at check out. We strive to ship every order the next business day after it is placed, after which, transit time can take an additional 1-5 days for U.S. orders and 5-20 days for international orders.

What do you charge for shipping?

Our shipping rates are calculated by the shipping carrier at checkout.

Orders shipping within the U.S. with a subtotal over $75 ship for free :)

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. International orders ship via USPS International First Class and take 5-20 business days. Please note, any duties or fees related to your country are not covered by Culk and shall be paid by the recipient if applicable.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

If you need to return or exchange your Culk purchase, we are 100% happy to accommodate that!

We only have three rules for returns and exchanges:

The return or exchange must be placed within 30 days of the original purchase.
The product has to be unworn and unwashed. It's okay if you tried it on for size.

What’s the story behind Culk?

Culk is the graphic design work of Sam Culkins. Sam started screen printing in his Outer Richmond garage in 2010. Back then, Culk was a one-man show selling tee’s on the downtown San Francisco streets. Today, Culk is a three-man show sharing a warehouse with other local businesses in the Mission.

Can I come to your warehouse and buy stuff?

Unfortunately our warehouse is not open to the public. That said, there are a bunch of wonderful independent retailers where you can check out our products IRL. You can see all of the retailers that carry Culk on our stockists page.
