Shipping policy

Order processing time

Our warehouse team ships orders Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. holidays. On each day that we are open, we aim to ship every order that was received before 11:59 PM on the previous day. We are unable to accommodate last-minute requests for rush shipping.

Shipping options

Shipping options and estimated delivery speeds are displayed during check out.

Tracking

After an order is shipped, tracking information is automatically sent to the email address provided at check out.

Order changes

After placing an order, if you need to make a change,  please contact us at hey@culk.co. We make no guarantee that we will be able to accommodate your request before your order is shipped, but we will do our best. We offer free returns and exchanges in the event your order shipped and we were not able to make the change in time.

International Orders

International orders ship via USPS International First Class and take 5-20 business days. Please note, any duties or fees related to the destination country will not be paid by Culk and shall be the responsibility of the recipient wherever applicable.
